10. State-Specific Disclosures
Arizona Residents
HomeScore operates in compliance with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (A.R.S. § 44-1521 et seq.). Our rent-to-own referrals comply with Arizona Revised Statutes Title 33. HomeScore is not a licensed real estate broker in Arizona. All real estate transactions are facilitated through licensed professionals.
Texas Residents
HomeScore operates in compliance with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Rent-to-own transactions in Texas are subject to Texas Property Code Chapter 5 (executory contracts). HomeScore is not a licensed mortgage broker under Texas Finance Code. All lending referrals are to licensed entities.
Michigan Residents
HomeScore operates in compliance with the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCL 445.901 et seq.). Land contract transactions are subject to MCL 565.356 et seq. HomeScore is not a licensed mortgage lender or broker in Michigan. All lending referrals are to licensed entities.
